Mrs. Ludwig has over 15 years of experience having worked in the ICT/telecommunications, financial and aviation sector as well as in international development. For the past eight years Mrs. Ludwig worked with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) both at its Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, and most recently as Project Coordinator of a regional project to harmonize ICT policies & legislation in the Caribbean. She holds a master’s degree of project management and a bachelor of business administration and international management from the University of Quebec, Canada, as well as a master’s degree in economics from the University of Applied Sciences Bremen in Germany.



SUMMARY


Margarita Dilley has more than twenty-five years of senior financial management and corporate development experience in the telecommunications and investment-banking industries, responsible for financial management, raising capital, strategic planning, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of CH Energy Group, Inc., a $1 billion NYSE company. She chairs the audit committee and serves on the compensation committee of the Board. She was vice president and chief financial officer of Astrolink, a global broadband and data services venture of Liberty Media, Lockheed Martin, TRW and Telecom Italia.

Prior to that, she held senior management positions at INTELSAT and COMSAT Corporation, where her combined service totaled 15 years.

She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a masters degree from Columbia University and a bachelors degree from Cornell University.

Free circulation of handheld equipment was achieved through the establishment of the GMPCS-MoU and Iridium was granted authorization to operate in 167 countries.

Direct management of corporate and marketing communication functions, including media relations, exhibits, publications and advertising.
